Default Code 9, changed dizzy but still there

I have a 97 accord 2.2non-vtec that threw a code 9 which is the cylinder pisition sensor. I changed out the distributor an pulled the back-up fuse to reset the ecu but the code is still coming up. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hook up a scan tool and get the Real code.
There is the Crank Position Sensor down under the lower T-belt cover, maybe that is the problem?
