not bad, pause a little longer on the sides so you don't get the undercut and buildup in the middle like that. otherwise looks good. congrats on the win

I had that problem too but my instructor told me the same exact thing and it made a waayyy big difference. Made the bead look smoother and toes blended together more.

haha thank you, i actually dont know why my shirt is half tucke,d i actualyl dont walk around like that. about that massive mig undercut, i dot know why i didn;t pause, i think i freaked out and saw it was cutting it away so i went back to childish ways and thought the fraster i go the less undercut haha.
They gave us a blueprint on what we were supposed to build and had all teh peices in a pile and had all teh positions labeed and ****. except my print got sucke dup halfway through in the vent, luckily i remebered what i needed to do

Now that's a true welding soldier! Look at the blueprint once and commit it to memory!

Was this part of the Skills Canada competition?

My school hosted the regional event for Van Isle for this one, but the piece the kids had to put together looked WAY different.

Congrats on the win!

Nice,

I'll have to post up some pics of the GMAW verticals our guys do. They're honestly some of the best I've seen.
