I have a Clutchmasters Stage 1 that I'm very happy with after about 15,000 miles. HOWEVER, there are some well documented cases on this board of the CM's popping the springs out of the hub. B18C-EH2 can give you more details.

I DO recommend the CM flywheel though. Why mess around with lightening an OE piece or spending twice as much on a comparable piece?

I've been through several different brands including ACT, CM, and Exedy.

Thus far my favorite has been the Exedy Organic. They can be had for under $300 complete with bearings.

I have an exedy organic w/ 7lb aluminum flywheel. I'm putting them in tomorrow when I get home from work. Will give review in about 2 weeks.

I've heard a lot of good things about exedy clutches. Check out the BB forum for a great price from coximport.com. $265 shipped is a steal
