Default Idle Surge Issue

I want to spare all the small details and make this short, i have an OEM intake manifold, my idle surges ALL the time, no matter hot or cold, I've replaced EVERY gasket on the intake manifold, I've replaced the IAC and the fast Idle, and she still surges between 1300-1800 at Idle, no code yet, they're might be one later.

Any suggestions???? ANYTHING i just want her to run right and i've spent over 600 on all this crap

mine did the same thing, until I turned the Cold Air Idle screw on the TB all the way in.

Although I idle at 666 their is no idle serge. Im guessing the leak is coming from that stuff that is on that screw is croupted or some crap like that.
