i was driving to the movies last night and i heared a weird ticking noise when i was parking. when the car was parked i got out and told my friend to move the steering wheel a little bit and i hear a ticking noise. is it the axle? and is the caliper supposed to move when i turn my wheel?

 

more than likely its the axle.
