Turbo H23 Owners!
Hey everyone,
I have searched the other posts, and also the FAQ's posted. I cant seem to find an answer to some questions i have. I am looking for a nice exhaust manifold that I can use to keep my AC and P/S. And Also I am looking to get about 300-320hp. I did have a Turbo Integra LS but the h23 is a little different. I wanted to know what would be reconmended on replacing internals. Keep in mind i want to keep this a daily driver. Any help would rock. I did search and please dont Flame.

i dont know about keeping AC, but keeping P/S is pretty common. I'm not sure what manifold would allow u to keep AC since its already pretty cluttered
I will be droping in a newer H23 that i got for 800 full motor with 45k on it. Crower Turbo cams and retainer kit. I dont know what all i would have to do to push the power that i want. ie pistions, rings, rods etc. Its got 9.1:1 comp so I think i might be ok. ECU I am thinkin s300 from Hondata since there is a shop that has experiance with Hondata. anyone else want to help?

theres not that much you have to do to achieve 300hp with a h23.... i had a bone stock gsr on 6 pounds and made 280whp and ran 12.3 with traction issues the car i have now is a bone stock h23 on 10 pounds and it would run circles around my old car... i run 10 lbs safely with an amazing tuning havent had a problem..
