hey you probably have a obd1 throttle body. that hole there is for the fitv valve. it's that one thing under the tb. my 94 integra gsr throttle body has the same two holes.

I figured it was an obd1 gsr tb... thnx for clarifying I did some searching on FITV and it is def for that, and the top is for the IACV. I don't think I have anything bolted to the bottom of the TB though...
