ive had this problem for awhile now but just run with the iavc not pluged in but should really get it fixed
for some reason the iacv opens to much when the cars moving and the car idles at around 2-4000 untill you stop completely and some times does it when its stoped to.
ive replaced the ivac with one that i was told was working fine when it was last in a car.
so would have to do with what ever controls it or both iavcs have problems and yes cleaned both iavcs

also took the car to honda and got it scanned and they said the ivac was opening to much while the wheels were moving but didnt know what was causing it.

anyone know what could be causing it?

car is a 97 integra type r
