i wanna know if i get turbo injectors off a turbo talon or an eclipse do i have to have the whole fuel rail? or can i just have the injectors

No. But you will need the clips that go to the injectors as well as a resistor box, because the DSM injectors are a Low Impedence, while for the ones you have may be a high impedence injector. You'll also need to make sure you have some sort of way to adjust the fuel since the 450DSMs from the different flow rate will flood the chamber with fuel. So at LEAST an S-AFC or real engine management will be a must before you continue with your project.
