what color to paint calipers???
not trying to rice out the ap1, just wanna clean the look of the car a bit and the calipers are an eyesore with the rust on them.
i just flatblack'd my oem wheels, put a oem styled lip and will be installing the Espelir springs next saturday, so now i wanna paint the calipers just not sure what color. I was thinking either flatblack or silver. Theres a local PPG distributor that will match your paint code and put it in a spraycan, so i could get the Silverstone color on the calipers, just not sure if it will look ok.
Has anybody painted the calipers on a Silverstone AP1 with oem wheels? Got pics?

it will looks pretty bad unless you sand off all the casting marks.
flatblack or low gloss silver looks much better if you are just going to wing it without much surface treatment
imho

yeah thats what i was thinking. i'll prob go with the black just to keep it all clean. i'm not the biggest fan of painted calipers unless its factory.
yeah the 16" OEM wheels have been painted black and they look really good imo.

BLACK!

It makes them just disappear into the car. Very very low profile look when they are black. (esp. with black wheels like you have)
