Car: 93 Civic DX HB w/ B18C1 swap

Background: So my dash lights would work intermittently, and finally just stopped working. After pulling the dimmer switch and the column switch out, the dimmer switch is not getting any power on the Red/Blk wire (column switch checked out according to the FSM). The lights and everything else is getting power, and I can get the dash lights to come on by shorting out the Blk and Red wires. Fuse #19 is fine, and I have radio, taillights, and dashlights(but only when Blk and Red wires are jumped.)

Question: Does anyone know where this wire comes from, or have a better diagram that the FSM diagram that shows to what connector(s) the Red/Blk wire from the dimmer switch comes from/goes to.

Note: I do have the Civic del sol ETM by Honda. Would these connectors/diagrams be accurate for my car?
