Car Dies on Stop
My 91 DX starts trying to die on me after about 130 miles are put on a full tank of gas, when you come to a stop pretty fast. The car is getting about 35-38mpg. My question is how big is the stock tank? Did these cars have problems with tank baffles like gm cars? If not what else would cause this?
Thanks,
Mike Merrill

11 gals from dead empty IIRC
Check your IACV and make sure its clean and also clean your idle bypass port (inside your throttle body). I don't think that the fuel level has anything to do with your stalling, but more than likely just coincidental. (unless of course you have a bunch of trash in your tank?)
Adjust your idle to the factory specs with the IACV unplugged then clear the codes and try it again.
one last thing, make sure your gas cap has a good seal, I don't think it will cause it to stall, but you never know.

I Have a 91 crx hf it is starting to bog out on takeoff and im not to sure what the problem is also it hesitates somtimes just on the rev till around four grand and i put a new tank in it so any ideas that would be helpful
It's definately related to fuel level. I will check the sensors and fuel filter. It could have some trash in the tank or have a clogged fuel sock, but i was hoping it was something easier.
