I'm trying to replace my "H" emblems on the front and back of my EK. I know how to remove the emblems, but i have no idea how to put on new ones. What is normally used? 3M tape? Any help would be cool.

i just used 3m tape... it works just as good.

did you just cut it into thin strips so that it wouldnt been seen or what?

 

saw this on a VW forum of all places (dont know why i was there)

get 3m spray adhesive and spray it on some cardboard or something
get a toothpick and scoop a little of the spray on there and apply it to the back of your emblem and stick it on.

 

3M double sided molding tape, the black kind.

 

Emblem adhesive from a parts store. Autozone sells it.

Oh, and the stuff I'm talking about isn't a spray. Spray would be more of a pain and could make a mess.
