D16 typical water temperature

D16 typical water temperature
Whats a normal D series running water temp. Is there much of a range that the temp runs.. Ive been noticing my car runs right at 180, but randomly itll get over 195. then itll get back down. I just have never seen it go above 190.. maybe I just wasnt paying attention before?
