Default will this setup pass smog in cali?

my bro just recently put a 99 b18c1 gsr in his 98 ek coupe. he was think about doing this setup and wants to know if you guys would think the motor has a chance of passing smog in cali.

-AEM intake
-65mm skunk2 thb
-skunk2 pro series intake manifold
-skunk2 stage 1 tuner cams/camgear
-jdm itr headers
-98+ USDM ITR ecu

or

instead of getting the pro series intake manifold...go with a JRSC(jackson racing supercharger) with everything esle. pretty much he just wants the most out of this motor but to also pass smog. please let me know what you guys on HT think

-AEM intake yes, if it has it's CARB Legal sticker
-65mm skunk2 thb not sure
-skunk2 pro series intake manifold yes
-skunk2 stage 1 tuner cams/camgear I don't think so
-jdm itr headers if they have the heat shield it shouldn't be a problem
-98+ USDM ITR ecu
</TD></TR></TABLE>

My buddie's using a Skunk2 IM and he's planning on passing BAR with it. The Throttle Body, I don't know. I am pretty sure you won't pass with Skunk2 cams.

that's just my Opinion

yes i have the cat for it...about the cams...skunk2 stated that their stage 1 tuner cams are the only cams that are carb legal but i haven't tried them yet and just wanted to know what H-T people thought about them. the thing that worries me the most is the skunk2 THB but that shouldn't affect the smog measures much or should it?...lmk

u need to get it BARd first... u made a swap.... the model and year doesnt match the engine... they wont even smog test it... even if they did, it will fail because D series engines has a different smog readings than B series...
