I have a b16 SI head on a b18C1 block on my 92 integra GSR.
now my concern is I HAVE NO CLUE WHICH HEADER TO GET for the b16 or the b18 or for my actual car.

 

Anyone....?

 

i think theyre the same fitment. i may be wrong but i thaught all b series vtec heads took the same header. if not, i think you need the b16, since the header bolts right onto the head, if worse comes to worse you may need a bracket to secure the lower section.

 

I just bought the 97-01 Integra Type R 1piece header. Tried installing myself, no luck. Went to a shop and they had trouble buy manage to fit it all in the head but . It was a little to think for the sub frame (CUT SOME OF IT OFF) was the only way to put in the once piece headers.... but Did not do it any end up paying $150 of labor and had my car the same way it went in.

 

hmm thats weird i have the same setup with the itr header and it fits perfect but its on a 2000 integra

 

Only difference between B16 header and B18 header is the flange on the cat side. The flange on the B16 is rotated about 30 degrees. So whatever cat you have is the header you need to get.
