how to pull out speed sensor plug without breaking it ? (d15b2)

I try to pull it out but it seems to stuck...

and i cant get it , should i squeeze the vertical latch with a screwdriver or just pull with enough strength?

squeeze the little trigger with your thumb and pull hard and get ready to cut your hand on something.
