A flash helps. So does editing brightness/contrast.
On the opposite side of the shock, cut the nut off. Then use a punch and beat the bolt out with a BFH.
Get a new class 10.9 (thats grade 8) bolt and nut, along with lock washer.
Replace and call it a day.

you can also drill the bolt out with a drill bit thats just slightly smaller than the hole and istall a new bolt. it also locks like you have a rust problem, so slap some axle grease on the bolt to some what prevent rust

Too many times have I ran into this issue. The wishbone piece bolt there is fused inside the bushing. Air hammers, beating on it with hammers, all of that is really not advised.
Grab a torch, any propane torch will do, heat it up tell the metal around the bushing/control arm/bolt are glowing red. The bushing will set on fire which is fine, other than the smell you will be okay. After all that, let it cool, then try it with an air hammer... should slip right out.

second, this is a common problem with civics, that everyone runs into..
anti seize on the new bolt, the bolt doesn't move inside the bushing, the rubber deflects.
which is why you torque your suspension when its loaded with the weight of the car...
If you can't take it out or you damage the bushing... a new lca is the only way...
happens all the time.... just search.

The bushing with the fused bolt inside will slip out of the control arm if you follow the steps above. I have dozens of these bushings in my tool box just for kicks of all the struggles ive had attempting to remove them. A new bushing is cheap as well as the bolt. The control arm would only need replacing if it is bent/cracked etc.
