Default OEM Honda AM/FM CD players.

What year did the Integra loose the AM/FM cassette was it 1997? Are the Integra CD players in newer cars the identical pretty much to the oems found in Civics and ITRs? Any model numbers? Who makes them? I know in my buddy's 01R the deck is made by Matsushita (panasonic).

The decks in the Preludes, "acoustic feedback" or whatever system, are they the same as the Civic and Integra CD players and just tap off the rear speaker outs to the subwoofer amp system?

The acoustic feedback system was one in which a mic was installed at the speaker locations and the amp/deck was supposed to try and give the best sound output possible.

The system was not popular as its price was too high and honda discontinued it.

So no, the decks in preludes should not be the same as those in the ITRS or Civics, however that does not mean you cannot modify any of either the ITR, Prelude Civic etc. decks to fit your system, they all require identical connections.

But if you don't care about the acoustic feedback system, you still be able to get signal out of the deck? I have a buddy who is looking to put an 01 Prelude deck into his roommate's 92 Prelude using a 70-1720 and 71-1721 harness and tap some RCAs going into a JL3004.

According to the Soundgate guide, they have an amp under the rear deck? Anyone familar with Preludes?

A 92 prelude uses the older style harness while the 01 uses the newer but if you have the male plug for the 01 radio it should be very simple to change the stereo. As for the amp on the rightside rear deck, it can easily be bypassed and you can find the inputs right there and use them for outputs. Hope this helps.
