Gee golly gosh darn Acura....
I took my car in for the normal 90K service thinking that they would do a better job than anybody else right? Sure why not since all they do is work on acura's all day.. well the stupid ***** forgot to tighten the bolt for the AC tentioning pully or somthing. I pulled out this pully today and now my AC belt is just dangeling around the crank and Compressor. I guess i'm going to call acura tomarrow.
One note on this. I never though the AC belt would make such a diffrent but man does it seam like my car is peppyer in first and second. first feels like it goes thru alot faster and second feels better. I dont know if it's me or if what i'm feeling is true but thru out the band the car feels stronger. It feels like the power is evened out from 5K to 8K. I kinda like it. and when down shifting i notice that when i blip the throttle it revs alittle higer and is alittle more responsive.

Remember people.. its a GSR and there WILL be a significant difference.
The ITR will not, because the compressor is set up differently and has almost no parsitic drag.

chris: how is the itr AC setup? i mean if theirs virtualy no drag on the itr compressor can i swap mine out so that it's the same way. I dotn want to get ride of my AC belt but you know it does feel kinda nice

Well just like anywhere you go their always is the chance of a idiot working there. Hopefully you get something out of it since you have to out of your way to go back to get something fixed that should have been done the first time.
About the itr AC.. Can you swap that into a GSR? Good idea
