Im looking to buy some new suspension and need some help. I have a 99 civic that came with non adjustable springs( may be Shunk2) and some Ohlins struts. It leaves my car sitting about an inch above the tires. The struts look pretty old and im looking to replace them. My question is what would be the best way to go with a 300-400 dollar budget(maybe 500 tops). I want to have it lowered to the tires, without sacrificing too much ride quality. This is one area of my car im not that knowledgeable on so any info or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks ahead of time
