Default Stainless bend sizes? need some help

Just wondering what you guys are using for your sizes on your manifolds(hondas)

I have a buddy who wants me to build him just a simple log manifold. He brought me the head flange and it seems i need an OD of 1.9in. I measured my fullrace manifold and the OD is 1.93in, but it seems i only find ID's of 1.6inch?

what i mean is are you guys using the 2inch 90s, or the 1.5inch 90s? I looked on ACEstainless and found em but i wanted to get some opinions

thanks guys
