Default Engine vibration

Hi, I just had my timing belt, water pump and balencer belt replaced and I have noticed that there is a sibstantial vibration on acceleration. The mechanic said that he aligned the balencer belt correctly. He said it was not set properly before. I understand that the balence shaft lines up with the groove on the water pump so if that is what the mechanic did then what could be the source of the vibration. Could it be the timing? Any help would be appriciated.

I always try to refrain from making war on "brothers in arms" however if you didn't have the vibration before the T-belt job and you now have vibration....
That person should be responsible and re-check their work.
