Are H23vtec (BLUE TOP) cams the same as Type S cams, Did a search but got mixed answers

Are H23vtec (BLUE TOP) cams the same as Type S cams, Did a search but got mixed answers
Did a search but keep getting mixed answers. Some say no it isn't cause it only has only 200 ps but that could be from other restrictions and some say the vtec lobes look pretty big like type S cams with the blue tint. Has anyone actually measured the lobes. Let me know.
