Type-R build cam swap?

I'm doing a Type-R build: B18C with ITR crank & rods, CTR pistons. What kind of cams should I put in and what type of lift and duration specs am I looking for?

What kind of valve train are you running? Agressive cams need valve springs that can take the abuse.
