ok i baked my 99 civic ex to take them apart, i painted the chrome housing black. and now its fogging up and one of them is oxidized how much more am i going to have to seal it up to keep it from fogging up and how can i de-oxidize it

it could be that u left a little moisture inside or u didnt seal it correctly what did u use to seal
