Hey,
I'm thinking about putting a new clutch into my SI. Since its my daily driver.
I want to put in a lighter fly wheel, but not sure how light.
I dont think I want to go as low as a 9 lbs fly wheel.
I was thinking about 10-12 lbs??
Can anyone help me out ? with which brand to get?
and what weight?

Thanks
DK

or you can buy an aftermarket wheel for about $300-400 ...lol...I'd opt for getting your stock one shaven down though.
AASCO makes flywheels that are about 10-11lbs. nice quality piece. if you are interested, i have a couple left for $280 shipped. they retail for about 389 on options auto salon.

I got a 9 pounder. I love it, and you will too.

thats the only thing i could find on google but they are a big manufacturer of flyhweels for brands of cars and they work with a lot or porches. i was kinda skeptic at first but so far, me and 3 other of my friends like them. craftsmanship looks great and performance is like of any other lightened flywheel
