I have a 98 JDM INTEGRATYPE R in my CRX with a fully built head. i am getting my car dyno tuned and my cams are set at zero. where should i set the adjustible cams at to get the best horse power. they are crower stage 2 cams and cam gears.

 

You are going to the dyno, find out there. Mess around and find what works.

OP, how is anyone on the interwebz going to be able to tell where to set your cams for the most power? That's the point of going to a dyno yeah.

Are you tuning it at this so called dyno you speak of or is an experience tuner gonna tune it for you. If a tuner is gonna do it than he'll set the timing for you. If your tuning it, than judging by your question your in for a hell of a time.
