It's only been 9 days, and I believe you need a certain number of posts and/or be here for a specified amount of time to become a full member. They explained it all when you signed up.

Oh, and if you posted to others' threads, that would help speed the process.

try contributing and proving you're not a douche nozzle. Not saying you are, but that's kind of the point of the trial period.
