if i dont have the rad support but have everything else (hood,fenders, front bumper, and head lights) can i put it on? and what will i have to do to make it fit??

 

So you go to the 1992-2000 civic forum, then you click the thread that says FAQ INDEX (its sticky'd so its always at the top) then you scroll down to exterior apperance, then you click on the link that says 99-00 front end on 96-98 civic.
