Default wrong flange fit ... again....

Ok, Ive bought 2 flanges now for the turbo exhaust Im working on.

Im trying to run an external gate off the internal gate port, with the internal gate components removed. Essentially a externally gated turbo off the O2 housing, not a manifold gated setup.

The first flange was obviously cut to 80% or so of its correct size. Totally wrong. Sent back, company is still screwing with me.
Second flange I found seemed to be promising. Well not so much. At least this one bolts up to my Bullseye DSM housing, but I would still have to open up the holes quite a bit for a 3" exhaust and my external gate to work. Theres no way Im going to carbine that much SS. I guess I could plasma through it, but that would be cutting it close, then I would still have to port it to match.

Id like to tack the pieces in place, then go ahead and port the flange out to match, but what can I use to port the SS?

Even better, I cant remember the guys screenname, but who can cut me a flange that will actually fit?

Any help is appreciated... Im about to start throwing things..

i can probably cut you one, but it would have to be mild steel if that is ok.

Youre the exact guy I was looking for. That may work, the only issue is this exhaust is going to be MIGed. Im not thinking the stainless wire will weld the mild and 304 well together.

Maybe you could PM me a price for a mild steel cut if I send you some measurements and Ill see what I can come up with.

Thanks very much for responding.
