VX Wheels - What is the narrowest tire and tallest tire with tread available commercially?

Default VX Wheels - What is the narrowest tire and tallest tire with tread available commercially?
I have a set of VX wheels and currently have 165/65 profile tires - anybody know the skinniest and tallest tires I could get to fit these for racing???
