Bought the car with this 5Zigenexhaust on it....it's the best exhaust I've EVER heard on a Honda....only problem is, it looks like one of the hangers was sawed off, and a muffler shop welded a new one on...and of course it's rusting there and hanging slightly crooked. Anyway, I haven't seen an exhaust like this anywhere....nothin like the 'Fireball' etc styles.....Can anyone tell me what this is? The side of the muffler is a dark metallic gray color, and says 5Zigen on the passenger side along the cannister, and of course, the 5Zigen on the tip. the rest of the piping to the cat is also a dark gray metallic color.....Can anyone help me out???

I'd like to buy a new catback just like this one if it's still made and I can identify it

the pics...these are the best I have so far..I'll get one from the passenger side ASAP....anyone know which model this is?

Looks like the universal Border muffler.

 

but it's an entire cat back.....i'm very sure of this. Do they have a 'Border' Cat back?

i saw some pics of a 'Border 304' system...is that different from a 'Border III'? Does anyone know if the Border III is still available? I think that's what I have.

 

i think the Border 304 is the one that has a flared tip, im pretty sure you have the Border III system

 

i think that's what it is too...now my question..is it still available anywhere?

 

edit:

seems to be a problem encounter in some 5 zigen mufflers
i had the fireball
also the 304 speed universal
and 304 speed catback (looks some different then universal)
