Bought it for a friend and got screwed..... 
It was for his 2000 Civic Si
From what I understand it can be used with ALL 99-01 4cyl Hondas except Prelude.
$149 shipped is what they go for brand new.
$115 picked up or $125 shipped in the 48 states.....or best fair offer.
To be used with OBD2b setups to avoid cutting wires to install a vafc2.
