Here's what you have to do (assuming your going to use all of the obd1 components)

1.the firewall mounted map sensor will becone null and void. On the obd1 and up motors the map sensor is mounted on the throttle body and there are no vacuum lines involved. Simply plug it in at the throttle body

2. The obd1 and up injectors are high impedence and don't use the injector resistor box. All you have to do is cut the plug off the resistor box and literally connect all the wires to eachother.

3.you need an 0bd0 to obd1 ecu jumper harness and an obd1 ecu.

4. You need to remove the plug off of the obd1 dizzy and use put the obd0 plug onto it. Or you can put an obd1 plug on your existing engine harness. When repinning the plugs all the wires match up color for color except for one. Here's the diagram for that: note that the thick white wire is all by itself in the harness and not in the loom with the rest of the dizzy wires)

Obd0 to obd1 conversion
Obd0 obd1

Thickwhite--yellow/green
Thin white-- white
Orange------ orange
White/blu--- white/blu
Blu/yellow-- blu/yellow
Blu/green--- blu/green
Orange/blue-orange/blue

5. Next you need to wire up the ecu jumper according to the instructions that come with it. All you really need to wire up for the obd1 ls conversion is the four wire o2 sensor and the knock sensor

This is what you need to do to run obd1 with no check engine lights. You could also retain an obd0 throttle body and injectors if you wanted to.
