What are you trying to accomplish?
What other kind of mods are on this engine?
Just swapping in a B-series throttle body will net minimal gains and will probably even hurt fuel economy.
If you need a "bigger" throttle body, stick with stock and send it off to http://www.maxbore.com/

well then,
would you say its worth it? I mean that port job on a d series TB is 100 bucks.
You fellas with the experience, care to explain which hoses link where on the new TB?

Agree with the 92-00 part have no clue on the y7. I put a b series on my d15b and it works fine. The bolt holes are way off on the 88-91 mpfi intakes.

you gotta pay to play.
but im sure your stock motor wont benefit from neither a B series TB or a ported D series TB.
