Default built integra gsr

i have a pretty built motor. 12:1 compression wiseco pistons, eagle rods, rev valve train, type r headers, skunk 2 stage 2 pro series cams, aem cam gears, stock intake manifold. 310cc precision injectors, 2.5 cat with n1 apexi exhaust, p28 chipped 93 octane.i took my car to get tuned and it didnt make any type of power, 150 hp and 105 tq, can someone please help me?....the tuner i went to said that the cams were too big and thats why im losing power and that i need to change my intake manifold and my headers. is this true? what kind of power am i suppose to be making?

yeah it certainly seems like there is something wrong. With the compression you are running what fuel are you using? What ECU?
You said that you are using the stock intake manifold, what size injectors, fuel rail?
A little bit more information is gonna be necessary before anyone is going to be able to make any type of informed recommendation as to possible solutions.

I'm sure the stock intake manifold and type-r header is definitely choking off some of the power... but i would still think u would make more than 150. Different tuner? lol

This is quite the interesting problem, have you done a leak-down and/or compression test? If you are getting blow-by from incorrectly pressed rings it would cause a major drop in power.

to big of cams would not be your problem with a 12:1 compression, they would just make more power at higher RPM. your tuner is a tard..
what kind of fuel pressure are running..
does your"tuner" do a sensor check, like check all your sensors.. take a runn over all your sensors and make sure they are in spec..

You don't need an intake manifold, if you get an aftermarket manifold, you will see that 105ft-lbs diminish to like 95ft-lbs.

I just noticed the "please close thread" 4 years later? What's the point in wasting your time?
