Default 30 dollar paint job

Okay so I read about these 50 dollar roll on paint job with rustoleum , and I thought why bother rolling it on why not just spray it from a can

So I went out and bought 4 cans of Gloss Black Rust Paint

Sprayed my whole car , wetsanded with only 1000 rubbed and polished

I must say It looks pretty goood except for the areas that I didnt prep properly need to redo those

Ill post pics soon

dude the reason why people bother to roll it on is because it turns out 100x better than spray cans.

its the same concept and i am not done yet , you lay the paint , u sand it flat , u make enough layers to make it dark and then make the final layer shiney, same thing can be done with a can just look at my front bumper

About what I expected. A couple more coats might do wonders, and some good sanding. More pics of the 'Lude?

how much did you really spend because I painted by motorcycle with a spray and it it took about 5 cans worth of color and 5 worth of clear to completely cover the old paint, do the math and thats about (with color matched paint prep into the can), almost 80 dollars for a bike, now for a car, I'd say to do it properly will cost 300 dollars with spray cans. I think you should sand it all off, rent an air compressor and do it properly becausse spray cans do not cover the car evenly not to mention give enough pressure for the paint to sink into the little tiny craters that car bodies have. but at least it shines though.

it doesnt look bad the only reason it looks bad is because of the weather that day, its very shiny looks close to oem when comparing to my dads black accord.

that was Duplicolor spray cans. Invest in like 5 more cans, and really even it out. once you add some more paint. 1500. 2000 clay bar buff, wax and i will look much better. those pics had ZERO clear coat
