gsr swap wont start, please help.

Default gsr swap wont start, please help.

hey guys,i was doing a wire tuck and after hours of work and finishing everything i tried to start the car and it clicked and the battery died completely.... so i put some jumper cables and hooked it up to another car and it just clicks a lot from around the starter

please help me out, thanks for your time.

does fuel pump prime? check all the fuses and ground wires and any loose wires/connectors?

Make sure all of the grounds and connections are secure in place. Otherwise, your starter might be bad (may have fried the solenoid somehow) . A clicking noise usually just indicates a low battery, but if you tired to jump it, it may be bad. Take it out and have it tested at autozone. With a gsr, it only takes like 10-15 minutes to take it out with hand tools. Make sure you take the negative terminal off the battery post if you do.

thanks i think it prob. is the starter im not sure how i would of messed it up but i think it might have something to do with disconnecting the battery or fuel injectors, i will do that tomorow.

On second thought, test your battery before you take your starter out. If your battery is completely dead, it wont start with a jump either. So try that first. ( its a little easier to take that out and have it tested instead of the starter lol).

but the thing is it wasnt an issue until after i did all this......wait actually leaving the radio on for like ten minuted would drain the s**** out of te battery. u might b on to something, haha thanks i appreciate it.

weird, my brother's car just did that today too. but now it doesn't even click. i wonder whats wrong...?
