Default Alternator Wiring.....Need Help

OK I am stumped right now and I am in desperate need of help to be able to finish wiring my car. I am running a complete standalone engine management system and I need to figure out how to wire up the alternator so it will still charge? Can anyone tell me what wires do what? It is an b-series obd0 alternator........Thanks for any help...

I am using DTA..Its a European stand alone...I know I have to run one wire from the fuse box to the alternator but I am not sure where to run the other wires to make sure the battery is charging...it should run completely separate from the standalone...
