88-89 cluster in a 90-91

Default 88-89 cluster in a 90-91

hey guys i know everyne says it cant work. but if i switch up wires and plugs can i get it the 88-89 si cluster to fit in my 91 dx?. thanks

Yeah thats the only reason it wont work, so just rewire it

i have no idea why you would want to do that. the cluster size from the 88-89 is smaller than the 90-91 clusters. but it should be as easy as matching the plug wires with the 88-89 connectors.

well my reasn is i have no rpm's on mine. And i have a 89 si cluster.
