fluctuating idle.
hey guys since spring is coming time to fix my **** lol. im doing a tune up (plugs, fluids, cap and rotor) and since im under the hood would like to tackle another problem. at about 1400-1600 rpm anywhere in that range, my rpms fluctuate on its own, whether im driving or idling, or giving it a bit of gas in nuetral. it does this. my engine light its telling me my O2 is bad ( new one on the way) and my IACV. well i took off the IACV cleaned it ( it was real dirty) and still this happens. any suggestions? thanks in advance.

WAIT. Before you go to Acura and waste money, try ebay. I had both problems. The first time I had the idle problem I also threw the IACV code, cleaned it and the problem and code went away. A month later I threw an O2 sensor code, bought a universal O2 sensor on ebay for about $25, installed it and the problem and code went away. Funny coincidence how both problems happened only a month apart

k well i will take it off again, maybe i missed something, or it could use more cleaning. i'll check my vaccuum hoses and change the O2. yea i dont really want to waste money at acura, and i have a good feeling its not going to be cheap.
