Default Clock Removal

I would like to install my JDM Clock Block Plate, but I heard that it is necessary to remove the clock. How does one do so? Step by step would be great, thanks!

You sort of have to yank on it...mine was tough to get out. The tabs are on the side if that helps. Good luck.

Tabs are on the RIGHT side. Pull out and to the left.

pry from the left side with a screwdriver or something and swing to the right, unplug and then pop the blocker in.

or it could be the other way around like he ^ said .

I took a couple glances at my clock blocker after the install expecting to find out what time it was... You get used to it fast though...use a watch or cell phone if you need the time.

If you ever see me with this mod...then you know I've lost it.

Knowing the time of day is more important to me then losing 30 grams of weight on my ITR. If it was 30 lbs then I would reconsider

You probably save more weight removing the spark plug cover off of your valve cover.

What the hell? Acura has some really fugged up pricing, I would have thought the clock was worth $30 USD (and that's my version of their rediculous pricing).

My motivation was selling it..

The run for about $300 new...

I agree totally......it's sooo convenient to have the clock on there and come on....just b/c the clock block plate says integra, it looks cooler? do you really really want to save weight? or are you just trying to be totally jdm?
