Default Blew my Diff, Where can I buy a new OEM one?

Hey all, I pitched the stock diff of my B18B1 trans in my EG and wanted to know where I can/should by a new one. (No, I'm not buying an LSD, I don't have the money, and no, there aren't any new ones in the marketplace section, I want a NEW one)

Thanks for the help.

If i was you i would just find another LS tranny. if your not willing to spend $400 on a cheap lsd diff then you don't have the money for a "NEW one" cause the only place you'll prob find a new one is honda.

honda dealership, but a NEW diff. will be much much more than an aftermarket LSD,

and another used trans for an LS hydro is about what..........400?

i guess you can try and weld the spider gear togtehter to get the diff to be a FULL lock type diff but it will be hard to turn...........and when you turn hard you're going to be screeching wheels LOL

I'm not willing to spend $400 on a cheap LSD, because its just that 'a cheap LSD', a decent LSD or LSD trans will be north of $800.

I take it diff's aren't part of rebuild kits?

you're looking at $500 or so for the diff case and the final gear for a new setup.

Theres nothing wrong with a "cheap LSD" As you speak of.
I have a OBX one, I beat the living hell out of it daily.
My buddy has one in a turbo car.
Beats the hell out of it too.
Just break down and get an lsd.
I work at a honda dealership.
I just looked up a diff for a B20 (almost the same just using for reference)
A new diff is 315.32 plus the brg's plus the ring gear if you need it.
Just thought I would tell you.

B20 is an autotradgic, not a manual transmission, but thanks for the information.
