What kind of gains or efficiency increases are projected with these modifications? Is this for more of an N/A build or boost build?

That TB is huge for a F23.

I can't really quote any gains because I'm far from an expert in this field, but everyone knows that flow = power if done right. This was for my NA build, Dave did some P&P work on my head and this was his recommendation for my application. He does make bigger TB's for sure but those would be overkill.
