On the jdm h22a's is there a difference between one out of an automatic and one out of a 5 speed?

I know on the f20b's the automatic version is quite a bit weeker then the manual version, just wondering if h22's were the same way

 

mechanically i know they are identical since i have dynoed an auto one and a manual one with the same mods and they both put down within 1hp of the same.
