93 integra, question about painting the moldings.
Im repairing a 93 integra front bumper that has a gash on the molding part. When i paint the car im going to keep the moldings black. My question is this, should i first spray the molding black and then mask off the molding or should i just go ahead and paint the bumper completely and then go back and repaint the black areas?
Thanks.
Thanks.
I would remove the mouldings and spray everything seperately if possible.
No tape lines. No overspray.
If you can't, or don't to remove the mouldings I'd spray the mouldings first, then tape them up to do the bumper. I'd risk having to touch up a spot on a moulding rather than risk damaging a fresh paint job on the bumper. Just my two cents.

Thanks. Side molding are coming off, i have a new set to install afterwards. I think i will paint the bumper molding first.
