Default PW0 ecu?

Anyone know what this came out of? Not a Honda or Acura part number for a USDM car. Reason I ask....many problems with LS in 90 Civic and I am thinking this might be the cause.

That would explain why we are getting a code 21 (VTEC spool valve) right away.

Thanks.

The PW0 is an OBD-0 ECU for a JDM DOHC VTEC (B16A). I think it was usually in the Integra XSi.

We got a car in the shop that some other shop did a LS swap on and it's all screwed up!! This is just one of the problems so far.
