1990 Mustang GT 5.0
Selling my 1990 Ford Mustang
asking $4500
It is a GT 5.0 hatchback
5-Speed
working A/C and heater
MODS:
BBK C.A.I.
75mm Throttle body
Summit racing long tubes
2.5" X-pipe
Dual Flow masters with turn downs
have clutch quadrant ( not installed )
LX tail light
car runs great, very quick for the few mods
DOES NOT BURN OIL
Transmission rebuilt recently
Only negative Speedo and odometer do not function.
odometer reds 89k and has only had 2 previous owners. mileage estimated at around 100k

the speedo issue is most likely just the gear on the vss which 5.0 reto sells for like $5.

^as for this uneducated nonsense. Please find another that is this perfect for that price.
As for the mods. This car is dead even with my friends 190+whp ls/vtec eg. and beats an 04 LS1 GTO from a dig like a cake walk. Not saying it's wicked fast, but for the mods and for what else can easily be done it's no slouch.

theres a cammed 5.0 thats in mint condition with pony wheels for 3500 on craigslist/.im not trying to talk **** at all it is a nice car just not worth that asking price and a gto would walk that car from a dig doesnt mean **** if you cant keep the lead..

like jo3fish said, I would like to see that ad. and if it is cammed, good luck . that car has been beat the **** out of I guarantee. Also you haven't seen that car either and for Christ sake.... IT'S CRAIG'S LIST. good luck trusting anyone on there.
and as for the whole lead comment. it was kept. into 4th gear the mustang still had a car. I know its old but I do believe you under estimate it. It is a lot lighter than newer domestics.

Here is the problem with selling mustangs right now. Yes you can get one for $2500. but its is not going to be this clean. You haven't driven this car or even seen it in person. it has ac, is reliably daily driven and makes good power.
Same difference with hondas bro a lot of them look pretty and sell for ok money but in reality are **** boxes. this car is not.

well call bs if you wish. once again non of you have seen or driven the car.
you do relize there is a 1000lb difference in the two vehicles right? and with the mods the mustang has a better power to weight ratio.
oh and as for an ls2 not being much different. 50hp and 40 ft/lbs of torque is different. I know for a fact that an ls2 gto would be faster than this car.
an STI weighs about 500 pounds more than my mustang as well.
anyway. stay the [freak] out of my thread if your 18 yr old *** is going to remain useless.
