If my engine (d16y7) has 180,000 miles and I was thinking of boosting it.... I would assume it would be in my best interests to rebuild it

If I was to rebuild it for boost what would be recommended for me to do.... hp goals would prob be around 200whp and if I was to decide to look for more in the future, 250whp would be the max

so lets just say 200-220whp for now..... what would be in my best interests to do for the rebuild?
